What do we do?

As an Interior Designer, we cover everything from kitchen and bath renovations to home furnishings and window treatments. We are not a general contractor, so we do not handle any construction. However, we do provide 3-D renderings and floor planning services to be executed by your preferred contractor.

Our responsibility to you is to design a functional space and select all materials in the space.

We are passionate about creating spaces that are comfortable and beautiful! Our designs are always inspired by our client's lifestyles. This means all textiles and surfaces are selected with function in mind.

What is an In-Home Consultation?

Every client begins with our In-Home Consultation. $350 for up to 90 minutes.

During this time we will tour your home and cover our design process in detail to ensure we set a solid foundation. This is an active design session where clients are welcome to ask questions about their space.

It is also a time for us to get to know each other better and see if we are a good fit. We request you complete a survey about your home and lifestyle prior to our meeting for us to review together.

Our goal is to have a clear understanding of your vision for your space and be able to create a custom scope of work for us to move forward if you choose.

What is Our Process?

After signing a contract, our process is split into three phases:

Phase 1: Conceptualization (2-3 weeks)

This phase begins with an in-home measure. These dimensions are plugged into our interior design visualization programs to produce planning and design documents. This phase ends with an in-home presentation with material samples, mood boards, and 3-D renderings.

Phase 2: Implementation (10 -15 weeks)

This looks a little different if construction is involved in the process. We begin this phase with the ordering of all materials and furnishings. Custom items will take a full 10-12 weeks to arrive. We shop for accessories during this phase and line up an installation day and book any necessary trades for drapery, art, and other services.

Phase 3: Reveal

Upon completion of our installation day, we will do an HGTV inspired reveal and walkthrough of your space. At this time, we discuss any discrepancies and the resolution.

How Much Will My Project Cost?

There are a lot of variables that can impact a project's budget. Your personal style, square footage, material quality, and contractor labor can vary dramatically from one project to another.

We've listed some average numbers to give you a ballpark:

• KITCHEN RENO Starting at 45K and Design Fees of $5500+


• PRIMARY BATH RENO Starting at 30K and Design Fees of $4450+


• LIVING ROOM FURNISHINGS Starting at 20K and Design Fees of $3500+


• BEDROOM FURNISHINGS Starting at 10K and Design Fees of $3750+


• DINING ROOM FURNISHINGS Starting at 6K and Design Fees of $2250+

Design fees are billed at an hourly rate of $175/hour. Each client will receive a custom proposal for an estimate of hours.

All hours are always billed in real-time so our estimate is a guide for what we expect.
